The physics are dubious at their best, and Lovecraftian at their worst. This is a novelty game, it’s easy to compare it to Goat Simulator. Would I recommend it? I enjoyed playing through it, and I think anyone who has an open mind would as well. How the character controls takes time to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll go through the game without much difficulty.
